To use Wauwhorse’s services you need to create a profile. Creating a profile requires that you type your name, address, phone number,e-mail address and a password. The profile you create is for personal use only. To utilize all functionalities of Wauwhorse’s services, you can share additional information about yourself.
You get free access to WauwHorse's basic profile by accepting Wauwhorse's newsletter.
If you, as a user, do not want to receive the WauwHorse newsletter, you can get basic access by paying an annual subscription of DKK 799, -
By creating a profile on Wauwhorse, you type in a personal password that requires handling with confidentiality. Never share your password with others.
It is accepted that the household horses is created and managed by one person, otherwise it is only the owner of the horse who can create and manage the horse profiles. Abuse of this will result in exclusion from the Web.
If you as a user no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you will be charged Wauwhorse normal rate / fee as a paying member. If you do not accept this, your profile will be deleted.
Wauwhorse follows the rules of the following security measures:
You are responsible for keeping account information and password safe.
In the case of abuse or suspected abuse of your password, you are responsible for contacting Wauwhorse via e-mail: info@Wauwhorse.dk. If Wauwhorse suspects abuse of your profile, Wauwhorse can lock your profile. In such cases, Wauwhorse will not be held responsible by you or third-party.

With your consent, Wauwhorse can forward newsletters, notifications, push messages and information about new functionalities and other material related to Wauwhorse to your e-mail. Wauwhorse reserves the right to all services, including Web and other related material used on Wauwhorse’s services. This includes, but is not restrained to, copy right and property rights on Wauwhorse’s services. You reserve the right of the material that you upload to Wauwhorse’s services, but you give Wauwhorse a non-exclusive user right of this material, so that Wauwhorse can deliver services to you.
As a user, you’ll get non-exclusive user rights to use Wauwhorse’s services, including Web. Wauwhorse can, at any point, withdraw user rights.
Wauwhorse tries to avoid mistakes, missing functionalities and maintenance issues on Web, but this can occur. Wauwhorse would like to receive information about any issues, such as the areas mentioned above and will resolve cases as soon as possible.
Wauwhorse commends ongoing maintenance and updates of Web. In the case of maintenance, issues with functionalities on Wauwhorse might occur. In case of updates, some functionalities might be removed from Wauwhorse.
Wauwhorse will inform of expected maintenance issues in advance, just as the users will be informed about removal of functionalities.
Wauwhorse is not responsible for mistakes, maintenance issues or removal of functionalities.
If you disagree with our user terms or if you want to resign from the use of Wauwhorse, you reserve the right to get your profile deleted.
Wauwhorse can, at any point and without warning, delete or resign your right to use Wauwhorse’s services e.g. if you practice unacceptable user behavior, trying to access other user accounts, getting hold of other user data or otherwise illegal behavior.
WauwHorse wants to give you and the other users of WauwHorse.dk the best and safest framework for the use of our facilities. This means that all users must exhibit a sober and decent behavior towards each other. It is WauwHorse who at any time determines what is considered unacceptable behavior on WauwHorse.dk, even in cases not described in the conditions.
WauwHorse will, for whatever reason, appeal to any kind of condescending or mocking behavior towards other users. It is especially not allowed to enter information on the racial or ethnic backgrounds of named persons, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union affiliation, as well as health and sexual relations.
In the likely event that Wauwhorse suspend or resign your user rights on Wauwhorse’s services, Wauwhorse will inform you via the e-mail provided when you created a profile.
It is not allowed to use the message center for spam, ie. transmitting identical messages to more than one user for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances is it permitted to send messages containing advertising or marketing for own or third party goods and services. In order to determine the extent and nature of this, we reserve the right to review messages if they are reported as spam or are caught as spam by our automatic filter. Abuse of the message center could lead to freezing / blocking of user account or shutdown of user account. When deleting your user profile, all data recorded on your Wauwhorse user profile is permanently deleted or anonymized and cannot be restored. You cannot claim any kind of claim against Wauwhorse if your account is deleted.
When deleting your profile, Wauwhorse will delete your data without the option to be recalled or recreated. You can’t raise any demands against Wauwhorse in the case that your account is deleted.
When deleting the profile for whatever reason, the horses that have been created will continue to remain in wauwhorse.com with name, id number, pedigree and inspection results.
You can recall any consent that you’ve given to Wauwhorse at any point. This includes consents given via newsletters, marketing-mails, retrieval of account information etc. Recalling your consent can happen via Web, just as you can recall any consent via info@Wauwhorse.dk.
In the case that you recall any consent, you will still have access to your account on Web, but some functionalities won’t be available.
It is only legal to upload pictures, movies, music, texts, etc., where you own the copyright or have been authorized by the copyright holder to upload. Similarly, images may not be uploaded by third parties without the permission of a third party. Likewise, it is not permitted to encourage the infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.
Wauwhorse is not responsible for use on Web, including actions or non-actions on Web. Use of Web, such as the information you’ll get hold of on Web will be on your own risk and responsibility.
In the case where Wauwhorse gives the user discounts and offers from third-party, Wauwhorse is not responsible for deals made between the user or third-party. Deals happen between the user and third-party only.
Wauwhorse is not responsible for breaking agreements, property damage or loss in the case of force majeure, including virus- or hacker attacks, breakdowns or mistakes in communication systems, power failure, supplier’s force majeure and other unexpected events that Wauwhorse, within reason couldn’t predict or otherwise avoid.
Wauwhorse is an advertising medium for sales horses that only provides ad slots (postings) to users and is therefore not a party to trade between users.
Bids placed on a horse in the ad or in a conversation are legally binding. You are thus obliged to buy and pay for the horse if the seller has accepted your offer, as well as if the seller makes an offer that the buyer accepts. You can withdraw your bid at any time if the other party has not yet accepted your bid.
As a seller, you are responsible for all statutory reports to relevant tax authorities.
Wauwhorse reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The latest version of these terms can be found on Web. You will be informed about changes of terms via the e-mail provided when you create a profile. In the case that you don’t accept the new terms, you no longer reserve the right to use Web, and Wauwhorse reserves right to delete your profile.

We use Mailchimp as a data processor when sending out our newsletters. Mailchimp is located in the US and the company is affiliated with the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield scheme, which provides the legal basis for the transfer of personal data to the United States. You may at any time obtain information about or, if relevant, a copy of, the appropriate safeguards that form the basis for the transfer of personal data to the United States.
We keep bookkeeping records, including invoices, for five years until the end of the financial year covered by the material. After this period, the records are deleted unless specific circumstances or requirements in the legislation require us to keep the material for a longer period.
We delete other personal data about contact persons at our customers, business partners and suppliers five years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless specific circumstances or requirements in the legislation require us to keep the material for a longer period.
If you, as a job applicant, did not get a job with us, we delete the personal data we have processed in connection with the recruitment process no later than six months after the date of the application deadline.
We delete personal data about visitors of our website as well as participants in our tournaments and/or competitions when the information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
We delete personal data about recipients of our newsletter if you withdraw your consent.
E-mails are deleted manually once a year in January. Longer storage may, exceptionally, occur if it is necessary as part of a specific dispute.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you. If you feel the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incorrect, you also have the right to have your personal data corrected. You also have the right to object to our processing of personal data, as well as you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
